  I went in to make a transaction with a personal banker and I asked the front desk guy before I was going to sit down if I had the right documents for the transaction. He stated “yes.” After waiting 30 mins and the bank was going to close... the personal banker told me I didn’t have the correct documents. I just spent 30 mins waiting in the lobby when I could have gone home to grab what I needed after talking to the desk person. As a representative of a Financial company he should have had the tools necessary and accessible to him so that he can answer questions accordingly.

  I've come here atleast 30 times in the past year, and no matter what time of day it is, there is at least a 15 to 45 min wait in life. Get another person at the window!!!!

  This is one of the worst banks out there. I used to bank with Wells Fargo. I cancelled my accounts. This branch is particularly bad. My dad is still banking with them and so I went in for their notary service with my dad. They refused us service and said that they don't do notary. Well, I don't enjoy being lied to. I have received notary service here at least a dozen times. Totally reinforced why I dropped Wells Fargo. Do your self a favor and get with USAA, Navy Federal, or TCF.

  Not a bad branch as long as you don't need help from anyone who works there.

  Sat on hold for over 20 mins to talk to a banker then was told one is now available and then sat on hold for 15 mins until I gave up and called the branch on 51st and baseline.
