  Very poorly run small company. Nobody in the mortgage answers the phone. There is no mortgage manager anywhere in the state. The BBVA website was designed by a kindergartner; users are not able to search for any department, or for any employee, or for any mortgage person, or for any manager. Imagine if you have a problem with your loan and you need to talk to someone, nodody responds to emails or voicemails and they do not work in the branch! They work "from home' so they are basically goofing off everyday. Once guy I called was at his pool, one other guy was playing poker on a weekday a casino. This bank is terrible.

  I find them very friendly and accommodating, I switched six months ago to them.

  one teller. 6 ppl in line. Other person practically sleeping at her desk. I freakin hate the banks.
