  Bring Anthony back! The black guy with the bald head he's rude! The African guy on the phone with his freaking wife while helping me! And all the females lazy and rude! Get a branch in the Bronx I'm tired of traveling to Yonkers enough is enough

  I am closing all my accounts with wells fargo out of disgust -- i just discovered a new fee on my account for check imaging. I already pay a monthly service fee that is more expensive than any other bank. the additional $3 fee was not in my original agreement and I do not agree with it. This was my tipping point. I've already experienced inconvenient, bad customer service, delays that has put me over the edge. I was originally with First Union, and stuck with you guys through the transition to Wachovia, and then to Wells Fargo. GOODBYE after 23 years of aggravation. I look forward to CHASE!

  Worst banking experience, the horrible customer service must have been the reason they were doing shady acts to make up for all the customers they've disappointed. I've used the driving license from my country for all types of Identification purposes, even opening accounts at other banks! Sending money via Western Union etc.. Wells Fargo says it's not accepted. This is after I've used it on more than one occasion at the very same branch to make deposits. After luckily finding another piece of ID, they had an issue with me providing only city and state, they wanted the specific street address on the recipients file. Thank You BBB! for exposing this institution and removing them from your list of accredited banks.

  Getting service in the Bank is not an issue. Customer service is good the people friendly But When I need to deposit a check or cash to the ATM after hours or on the weekends it tells me "No Deposits at this time", come on. I have to travel from the Bronx to get to my bank and then it tells me I can't put my money in. My job doesn't do direct deposit and I'm stuck waiting til Monday of the following week to do a deposit. It's not even like the bank is located near my home. Thinking of going to my local Chase, Citi Bank , Capital one or any other local bank to open an account.
