  The service there was horrible, I stop there to draw money to get my car frm the body shop the manager said to me I can’t withdraw my money after interrogating me and ask me all my identification information such as my ss send me a verification text to my phone which I’d happily gave him, after all that he then tell the teller to stop my transaction after I entered my pin for my debit card and said I can’t withdraw my money without explaining why, I had to take a cab to bay plaza and I get my money without a question by just entering my pin, this guy discriminate me cause I’m a young black man who just wanted to withdraw money to get my car frm a body shop, these are the thing black ppl face everyday and trust that manage will have his day.

  One teller working on a Monday after a holiday, turned into a painfully long wait and a $ 65 ticket even though a Fed the meter ( no parking Mondays 10-12 )

  Defected ATM ate my card after business hours (screen got frozen), had to call customer service and wait 40 minutes to cancel it and was told I have to wait 7-10 days for a replacement Next morning I went back to the location, where I was told these machines don't lock the cards and I probably forgot it inside the machine (basically called me a liar) but anyway they didn't find any card. Later the manager corrected the employee about how these ATM operate, (they do lock the cards) but my card is gone anyway. They offered me a temporary replacement but had no time to wait its proceeder they system was very slow in the morning. No apologies from anyone of the three people I had to deal with.
