  Every time I try and make a deposit at this location for WORK they purposely skip over us .. this happens with 2 other co workers as well. You do not have to like any of us but I do need you to do your job so we can go on about our day!

  Worst bank location ever!! The atm's are always out of service!! Fix them!!!! It's ridiculous!

  I am so disgusted with Wells Fargo in general. My tenant went to this location because we couldn't get the Matlock and 20 location to ever find my account number...that he had a picture of off of my paper statement! Don't bank here, this is the most inept company I have ever dealt with and I will be going through the trouble of refinancing TWO mortgages with someone else and transferring my credit card balance too. Edit - 09/21: went to location, basically said that without a receipt there is no way they can help me. I don't see how there isn't more urgency on their behalf for the sake of their customers. Banker looked in their system but I just don't believe they can't find out what happened to $950 cash on a specific date and time. It's all turned into electronic transactions...there was one made but it's up to ME to find it? BS. Time to get the authorities involved to look at security tapes I guess. That should be next on their list, someone obvious stole a grand from their customer...
