  I've read some of the negative reviews for this place. I hate that so many had a bad experience, but my mother has been moved through numerous facilities that claim to do what Wellbridge does, and they were truly hell-holes/zoos. In one place, the staff allowed patients to sexually assault and grope each other. If you think Wellbridge is bad, I recommend staying a night at Haven in Frisco to get some perspective. Wellbridge has been a Godsend. The doctors and staff there have brought my mother back from a complete state of psychosis and delusional thinking to her normal self. It is not a luxury hotel, and NOTHING moves quickly in the medical world -- especially when dealing with mental health issues -- but Wellbridge is far superior to most of its kind, and I'm so grateful to all its staff for everything they have done to bring my mother back to us.

  I wouldn't give this hell hole a 2.1. It's less than zero. Staff are dismissive. It takes at least 4 hours for anything to happen, while staff stand around talking and using cell phones. Dr. Schuylter is a joke. He and his staff are only interested in keeping you there as long as possible so they can bilk Medicare and your insurance company. Don't go there under any circumstances. This isn't medical care, it's medical torture.

  I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO LEAVE NO STARS BUT THATS NOT A OPTION , THIS PLACE WAS A COMPLETE JOKE IN BUSINESS PRACTICE AND HEALTH CARE . FAMILY HAD TO CALL SEVERAL TIMES A DAY BUT TOLD A DIFFERENT STORY EVERYTIME AS WHY THERE LOVED ONE WAS NOT AVAILABLE .COULD NOT GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER ON HIS TREATMENT , WAS HUNG UP ON SEVERAL OCCASION OR JUST IGNORED . STAFF VERY UNPROFESSIONAL . I WOULD NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO TAKE CARE OF A EMPTY SHOE BOX

  PLEASE, do not consider this facility for anyone that you care for. Poorly run, disorganized, lack of compassion or concern for patients, and the doctor (embarrassed to use that term!), is a joke - The "administrator " - !!!! - is cold, calculating, non-compassionate individual. After one week, my friend's family checked him out - but, unfortunately, ALOT of damage has been done - in just one week!!! He came home, desperately needing a shower, shave, hungry, a broken man, and kept saying that he was so scared while he was there. This was a strong, determined, active man, and to see him like this is heartbreaking. I am saddened but determined to bring light to the treatment of their patients - I WILL be following up with the proper authorities - SHAME ON ALL OF YOU!

  This facility is unorganized. They do not communicate at all with family members. There is no packets handed out on treatment plans, the nurses cannot keep the medication information correct. The specific Social worker had a , your wasting my time attitude and no one cared. I work in the Healthcare industry and I am embarrassed on how this place is operated. I would not leave anyone I love there. Patients are not allowed to even have warm water to shower in. And if a Social worker is there, and that is allowed something is really wrong.
