    I came here on a Saturday when I developed a rash and wasn't sure where to go because I just moved to the area and didn't have a primary doctor yet. My first impression was very good. It was clean, the staff were friendly and I was the only patient in the waiting room so I didn't have to wait long. The nurse at the front desk and the one that took me back to the room were both nice and professional. The doctor that saw me seemed like she knew what she was talking about and even though she was a little confused as to why I had the rash I had at such a young age, she seemed very confident about what it was just by seeing it. She took some swabs, gave me a Rx and I was on my way. THIS IS WHERE MY OPINION CHANGED. I got on the patient portal a few days later to see the test results and I couldn't read what they were trying to say so I sent them a message via the patient portal. I NEVER heard from any one. I was just trying to figure out if the test was positive or not. I went in to the same location about a week and a half later for something unrelated and asked about my tests while I was in there. After looking the girl at the desk told me they never processed the tests. She said the lab company they use didn't put them in their cooler when they picked them up from the urgent care's refrigerator so the swabs were no good. I know mistakes happen but I would have really appreciated a call letting me know what happened as I was waiting on the test results. I just feel it was their place to let me know, I shouldn't have had to ask them, especially not more then once before I got an answer.

    I used the Online appointment to get the flu test and made appointment before clinic opened - already a couple hours to get in after they opened. I arrived to be told all area locations are out of the test. Oh but doctor can examine to expertly diagnos me and administer medication. Well then why the heck is there a test for it then?????? They should have posted online they don't have the test or call to see purpose of visit. Wasted my time and delayed me to get in anywhere else.

    We have been here a few times in the last year and have been impressed with the cleanliness, quality of care, and professionalism, but when I brought my son in earlier this week we were not told until they checked our insurance and had us pay that they were out of flu tests. We should have been told as soon as we came in, so we could decide if we wanted to stay there or go somewhere a flu test could be administered. The PA treated my son as if he had the flu and did prescribe Tamiflu but encouraged him to not take it. She also gave him a written Rx for antibiotics should he not improve. He started the Tamiflu that same evening and has improved quite a bit. There was confusion by the nurse's aide (?) about the antibiotics, but it turns out he doesn't need them at this time. Patients should be told before paying that certain services aren't available.

    Extremely fast. I have a great PCP but they were unable to fit me in when I came down rapidly with an illness. Visited this place, paid my BCBS copay and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Prescriptions were quickly taken care of, staff was excellent, and location was very nice. If I ever had a serious problem there I'd visit again in a heartbeat. Also a nice surprise, or lack thereof, was not receiving in further surprise bill correspondence after my visit, which is likely based on my insurance plan, but definitely left a nice impression.
