  I was looking at the Mavic Air fly more combo and ran into some issues ordering the product. I had help from Eliott with ordering the product. He was super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Definitely will come back to Wellbots for my future tech purchases because of the customer service I received. Thanks Eliott!

  Great people to deal with. Quick shipping and provide great feedback on their website about the product. I ordered the Deebot Ozmo 930. Works great and is keeping the house clean. Did have a small issue with mapping the entire house (3200 sq ft on one level) but finally got that right. Mopping works great as well.

  For myself, so far, my experience has been 5 star and then some. I ordered a drone. There is back order on the drone due to high demand. This is not Wellbots fault. The company, "Eva", who is running the office, has kept me informed every step of the way to this point. I really really appreciate the customer service. We need more of this in this country. The customer matters. And I feel that attitude from this company. I will do a follow up post after I receive my product. Thank you very much Wellbot

  I had no problems with my order, it arrived on time as they said and I am very happy with the purchase. I did not know about the Care Program, so ordered that separate, and they helped me through the process of getting my Drone covered under the program. I will definitely order from them again.
