  Willoughby’s is one of the best. They’re experts and the staff are super friendly. Especially the sales rep Kadian Smith - he will take good care of you!

  I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. They are very helpful, friendly and offer great service! I just bought a camera there and they were very accommodating with the pricing as well. You cannot go wrong.

  I think this is a great and friendly store. Getting back into shooting - everyone here took their time to take me through everything, answered all my questions patiently and had no problems helping me figure out what I needed.

  Went to Willoughby’s in search of my first DSLR camera, was very unsure about the best brand and lenses. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant in my search. I scared by the price and they were great In finding the right camera in my price range. One week later I went back and purchased that same camera they suggested, and super excited to snap photos on my upcoming trip! If in need for a camera, definitely stop by their shop on 5th Ave.

  Went in to just browse while visiting several camera shops around Manhattan. They had the only staff who bothered to so much as say hello. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They carry a surprising amount of gear given the relatively small size of their store. And while they might not have the overwhelming quantity of products offered by somewhere like B&H, it still manages to have that small storefront charm. It was overall a great place to visit, and I definitely plan to give them my business in the future.
