They are so helpful there, and are honest about the products and in helping you with your problem. The priority is in helping you and not just trying to get money out of you, which is wonderful. ::It was about time to re-stain our deck. After doing a bit of research online, I decided to go with a brand that only Weber's seemed to carry. This was my first experience at Weber's as I typically go to the big box guys out of convenience. However, they didn't carry the brand I needed. The owner, Dominick, was present and able to answer each question I had regarding quality of stain, application, etc. He made me a believer within 5 minutes, and I decided to go with the Cabot deck stain (not the brand I was originally shopping for) based on his recommendation. As another small business owner, I REALLY appreciated the amount of time he gave me and more importantly, he was friendly, extremely knowledgable and cared that I chose the absolute best product for my needs. I cannot recommend this store enough. In a day and age where caring, knowledgable customer service is hard to come by (I feel I know more/am better informed than the "experts" at the big boxes at times), it was so refreshing to have the experience that Dominick gave me. Although I am several towns over and closer to other hardware stores, I will absolutely be visiting Weber's again in the future. A+ and HIGHLY recommended. Support our local businesses!
