  The store staff are helpful and prices are good, so the rating would have been a 5 except for the "free delivery" of the appliances. So far their truck has broken down, the computer to reschedule went down, and now I was told "I" called and cancelled the 2nd delivery. Obviously Lowe bid this out and they are getting what they paid for - a delivery company with POS trucks and equipment and crappy service. Poor decision on some corporate level because as you can see from the reviews many customers are having the same problem. Pick up yourself if you can or buy it elsewhere.

  It's Lowe's.. I'm a regular customer. They almost always have what I need. Their associates are mostly awesome-that's what they have over home depot. The knowledgeable, friendly, helpful folks I Roger & Carchell. Lauren and sue in paint actually know what they're talking about. If anyone else is there, I just wait on my paint questions. Trish is ALWAYS helpful-she'll figure out how to get stuff done. The Black southern lady is good too. She is professional, and keeps things in order.

  I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Lowe's Newburgh. I received a damaged refrigerator and should have had this addressed in a timely manner. As the customer, I have had to go above and beyond what is reasonable just to have my concerns heard. I have spent over 2 hours on the phone. I have had to drive there in person, 35-40 minutes out of my way. I have had to wait 35-40 minutes for a manager, Andrew, that never came to meet with me. I met with the storefront manager who offered me no more then the current sale price of the item I purchased 3 days before. A price match is something guaranteed on their website. Not an above and beyond resolution for sending a customer a damaged item and having them spend 4 hours out of their day trying to reach someone. In frustration, I said I rather return the item and that is what was done. I am still waiting for them to pick up the item, so that I can then wait however many days to be refunded my money so that I can go and purchase a new fridge. Returning the item and receiving my money back is not compensation for the lack of refrigerator and time I have spent out of work for delivery and dealing with this inability to offer any reasonable level of customer service.

  The gentleman in the paint department was amazing. I was looking for a paint color from Benjamin Moore and he was able to pull it up and match it exactly. He then showed up in the rug department and helped us there as well. A real Jack of all trades. They are very lucky to have him. Very friendly. Very nice. Very helpful. I wish I got his name :(

  I was not happy with the person that assisted me with lighting. Appeared not to know what he was doing. Although I had brought a specialty lighting from my kitchen originally bought there, he could not find it and kept giving me the wrong thing. I decided to about it myself and found what I needed alone, reading boxes and that is how I did it. My luck one of the bulbs did not work. Second trip to home Depot. Went first and got another set on my own and brought to returns so that I could be given an exchange. Thank the young man there was faster doing my exchange. My lights are now placed and working. But no thanks to the gentleman working in that area.
