  Thank you so much for making a horrible experience with another florist end with a positive. After many calls to the original florist and FTD and more than a week I received the arrangement that was originally ordered from you and it is beautiful. Your driver was courteous and pleasant. The flowers are beautifully arranged and fresh. Thank you again for making what started out as an unpleasant experience a wonderful one. Both my daughter who sent the flowers and myself are so happy.

  We ordered an arrangement for valentines day. Since we paid over $120 we thought the arrangement would be big and pretty, well here comes the surprise. It only had about 8 flowers and they were almost dead flowers. I had read previous reviews and i thought it would be a good place to order from but it was a mistake. I will not be ordering from here again.And lets not forget they delivered the flowers at 7:30 am(when the office was still closed ) and they left and never came to re deliver until we called them back and asked about the order.
