  Flowers delivered were nothing like the flowers ordered and the card was not included. Many attempts to reach the business but calls went to recording stating that the voice mail had not been set-up. Sent two emails from their website and neither has been responded too.. I would not recommend using this florist. The arrangement we sent to a young woman to say thanks for all her hard work looked like something for an elderly person or a funeral. We ordered peach and orange flowers in a peach bucket and they delivered a dark maroon arrangement in a blood red vase.

  My husband and my friend used 1-800-flowers to order me flowers for my birthday. The company contracted to City Wide. They decided not to deliver on the paid for delivery date for reasons I can only assume were not truthful. 1) Could not find the casino (off strip) I worked at. It is a very LARGE property clearly visible from the highway and the main road. 2) Could not determine if I was guest, so could not deliver. Everyone here in Vegas knows, just go to the reception desk and they will help from there. Finally, one of the arrangements had BROWNING flowers. Avoid this company at all costs
