  Jason took the time to listen to my description of my Straight Talk cell not working. He phoned straight talk and worked out everything with 3 different people and finally got the phone up and running. His knowledge of how straight talk phones function was a key in solving the problem. He knew exactly what to tell them. I am very impressed with Jason. High marks to he and Wal*Mart.

  Pretty nice Walmart! Big, well stocked, easy to find everything even though I don't usually go here. Obviously much better than the 9th Pit of Hell Walmart on Southern & Rural. Hit or miss with the staff; a couple of people smiled & asked if I needed help finding anything, a couple grunted at me because I was in their way, then the cashier told me how much she hated when people bring their own bags, while she was filling the bag I brought. Otherwise she wasn't actually that grouchy, but damn, don't have to say that to my face.

  I don't know why, but at this store, if you ask an associate a question that they cannot answer, or if you ask them to do something they can't, 8/10 times you will get an extremely frustrated if not rude response. If I need something from this store, I will pick it up - their pickup team is cool. Excellent service in the auto department as well, cheapest full synthetic oil change I have been able to find!

  It's a little bit below average for Walmart. A lot of stuff was out of stock, and a lot of stuff that wasn't stuff was out of place, so it's hard to figure out the price, and then the price scanners don't work so how are you supposed to figure out what something cost? If you're nearby and you really need to go to Walmart, I guess you could come here, but they might have something sold out that you intended to get. Good luck.

  I placed an order for a birthday cake for my daughter 2/3 weeks ago. This morning I get a few calls around 630 am from the lady checking to see what cake I ordered because the associate did not specify and she wanted to get it right. The cake was supposed to be ready by 7 but we were running late anyways and she said it would be ready in 15 minutes so about 730. When I got there at 915 they had the cake sitting on the counter (not in the refrigerator). The lady handed me the cake and it was not right. I gave it back and asked them to at least right the message I wanted on the cake when it was supposed to be printed with the picture on edible paper. They wrote it in big black writing and spelled the name wrong ( I even had her read the name back on the phone so it was right). I handed it back again and they fixed the r to a k. They did not make me pay for it of course because it 1. Was not what I ordered and 2 it was not finished. I should have known better though because this is not the first time they messed up an order but I will say it was the worst and I will not be ordering anything from this bakery again.
