  Tried shopping in the cell phone department for cell phone wallet. Supervisor and one other staff member totally ignored me asking for assistance. We were standing 4 feet apart. They gave me no eye contact and one cashier turned and walked away to do other things. The supervisor kept her back to me and never acknowledged me. I left and went to food department. It appeared they didn't care about the customers, only about who was to put merchandise on the shelves, and where was the other staff member. So sad.

  Let me tell you how amazing Celeste was Sunday the 29th. I stopped in there to get balloons for my mother's birthday. After I selected a package I went back to the photo area where they blow them up. She opens the package and there is a smaller bag of dots, little paper dots. She starts stuffing these little paper dots in the balloons like she has been doing this for years. Well, I had no idea this needed to be done. I thought the dots were painted on the balloons. I could not believe that she had the patience and skill to get these tiny pieces of paper in the balloons. I was amazed. I apologized for not realizing this needed to be done. She was so nice and friendly. We had a fun little chat as she skillfully prepared my balloons. That was great customer service. She could have easily told me I had to stuff the balloons. She went above and beyond the call of duty. She is a very nice and funny young lady. I appreciated the service she provided. Celeste gets the maximum number of stars your rating allows. I vote she gets a big raise in pay. Thank you.

  Don't try to cash a check here! It's a waste of time. I've never written a bad check and don't have any negative bank accounts or anything, but they won't cash my check. After spending like 10 min giving them all my info and the info off my check just for them to say it's no reflection on me, but they can't cash my check until I call the company who wrote the check and have them call Walmart to "verify the check". Obviously that's not happening on a Sunday! I even called before going up there so they could have told me they had to be able to verify it. Smdh

  I was having one of those days my card kept getting declined no matter what I did. I had to take stuff off, one by one and eventually voided the whole order to start all over. They closed the line because of how long it was taking! All my own fault :( but the cashier *Stacy* was super duper sweet and patient during the whole process and told me it happens all the time not to worry. I'm thankful for people like Stacy

  The employees and staff members @this Stapley location are above the norm.....helpful attentive & patient. I find that an exceptional quality especially with the numerous amount family shopping that takes place. Active & very busy adults and children daily.... I need to add, the produce here is outstanding. The produce inventory care is exemplary, the proof is the quality and impressive standards that the entire produce dept maintains & the dept adheres to produce perfection, so taste is always at its very best for all categorizes of fruits and veges etc.....
