  4 calls in 45 minutes. That's how long it took to get someone to open a case for me, so I could get ammo. Eventually I called store, from the ammo Department. The only reason that I gave it 2 stars, was because you have to give it one to give it a rating, zero is impossible, and I give it the other star because the lady was nice and helpful and even though it was hurting her she got me everything that I asked for. Even after I asked her not to worry about it, she insisted. I finally had to tell her to get me something that I wasn't even sure I wanted, because she was trying so hard.

  Clean store, always good prices, but check out is always backed up. 11:30pm and only 3 checkouts open with about 10 people in line at every check out. Self check out is closed. If Walmart want to entice people back into its stores and get them off Amazon, they’ll need to do a better job of expediting the check out experience. Right now the shopping experience is inconvenient.

  Simple Mobile Concierge with lips tattooed on his neck. (Sorry get his named) He deserves all 5 Stars today. Very knowledgeable and hands on helpful. Helped me with a Sim kit activation on my T-Mobile phone I already have. 👍👍👍👍👍

  Sunday night is terrible because they are out of half of the things I want. Prices are great. Quality is fine on most things. Nothing fancy. I really like the price of the oil change while I shop for 45 minutes...my car is ready and I have my groceries for the week. I recommend new tires and oil changes here. The roasted whole chicken nightly is good also. Vons is better, but it's good.

  🔽⚫REVIEW 2018 UPDATE⚫🔽 Whatever you do, DO NOT get your ears pierced here in the jewelry section. Not really pros at the piercing job. Got my ears pierced back in December 2017 and my ears haven't set. I followed the instructions and it seems my piercings are infected and have resealed. Just don't come here for piercings! Big mistake and a waste of $16.00 which is a good deal but not worth the failure. •×•×•×•×•×•×•×•×•×•×•×•×•×•×•×•×•×•×•×•×• Online shopping experience is great. Items are received rather quickly and on time. However, their in store and in person customer service is absolutely horrible! Calling to speak to someone is like waiting for the end of the world; not knowing when that's going to happen. And when someone does answer, they put you on hold forever and never come back on the line. I was left on hold for 30 minutes or more, without a word from anyone. And the in store reps look totally lost as to what they're supposed to do. Their door greeters are anything but friendly and could really use more training in their personality field. And they really need to upgrade their disability carts that look to be from the old ages, for that's how they operate.
