Prices of little bit higher at Target than other places I asked a customer service agent for some help she promptly responded with the correct directions of where I needed to go for what I was looking for smile and a pleasant attitude

For example: To live near 10 feet of others with 5 or more large and small dogs - that can not stand you near your own house. Therefore how things can be better or worse. To go to Church and go to School and learn to love the community - To my surprise some strange things would happen. Therefore examples of no interest in my well-being when it happens. The Personal Depart. or Human Resource department any where can not think of a job for me. Why overlook me - they only like the money I would spend as a customer. Therefore now I am 48 years old - finally a job - this store made it happen. To find people being a success to know its possible however some people with no interest in my well being - only with others. Therefore I finally had some friends - wow finally. Yet try to show I am a success and ambitious however with some people they think I am crazy for liking a job. I had to have an allowance to be able to spend money and parents and relatives for friends. I worked mostly in the Baby Department - it was great. Some people just can not believe how nice it was to do something I so dearly wanted to be part of - Life's greatest adventure and be a success. After many raises - working there for 11 years. I find I do not work there I almost made $15 an hour. After all that going above and beyond work I did. Therefore how things can be better or worse. Now being 65 I find I get $25 a month pension or a small lump sum payment and Social Security of $278. However It was great working there. However with so many new leaders it would be different - being a smart great leader or making people indifferent. Therefore people came and went. Its a push push job for example: The worst people I found when I worked there - would tease people and laugh. Some one teased me and laughed promise me you will do it and laugh. Therefore things to be careful of when it happens: Made the workers Rude to the customers. To get people to do more - workers had quotas to fulfill. Less people to stock in less time with job security fears - they therefore avoided answering customers as they stocked the selves. Would bluff - lie about people and things. A team leader spoke to us - about questions we may have - either do not know or expect little or no responsibility to answer the questions you have. Sometimes Sales Floor Workers would refuse to sell or be friendly while I was off the clock. They would yell I am working off the clock as I entered the store - I was shopping not working. One day I was picking just the right bag of potato chips then found what I liked then as I waited in line and finally able to get to pay - she insisted I go back and get a better one. Another time I bought 3 gallons of milk she wanted to refuse to sell - I hear "could not possibly use all of this." Another example when I went to buy a video game this guy refused to sell it to me - I had to find someone else to do it. Display a reduction in price near item to buy - then never happen once it is sold. How painful it can be to assume its a nice place to work when being friendly is history - with profanity to avoid - their too upset about working there. What happen to being Team Members in this push push world of theirs. They can not believe their fortunate to be paid by the hour - not by how much they placed on the shelves and sales not from commission. Sometime later after I did not work there - I walked in one day and thought - Strange they removed the cigarettes that finally proved harmful - yet brought in strong alcoholic drink that destroys peoples lives and families. They turned it into the appearance of a Liquor Store - Ale, Rum, Gin, Whiskey, Scotch, Bourbon and much more in different places of the store. One day I saw Pallets near the Check Stands and little kids department. Then later stock among - Candy, Ice Cream, Fruit Juice, Toys, and Soda aisle. Self check out and a sign warning use assisted checkout for alcohol purchase. Self check out with people on the honor system with no one watching or looking.

All the employees that I had contact with were so helpful, upbeat, and friendly. Chandra at the self-checkout and Bri in makeup possess a zeal for making people happy.

Today I had a checked that was so talkative and cheery to the customer ahead and as soon as I got to the front nothing, dead silence. No hello how are you didn't say a word until my total. Heard her greet the customer after me as well. Didn't make me feel good as a customer.

Great stuff here. Always clean and neat. Helpful staff. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I shop here early mornings before work. And this is when they do all their stocking. So these huge pallets are blocking aisles, some completely inaccessible. I almost tripped over one jutting out of an aisle. Some places look like an obstacle course. It's just really inconvenient and there are times I've left without something I needed because I can't get down the aisle and you don't really want to ask the workers to move their carts etc. Because they're just doing their job. It would be more convenient if thet paid them to do overnight like other stores.
