  Seriously calls is the best place to shop ever! I don't have their credit card anymore, but when I did they would send me 40% off coupons and then you can stack them with other sales and dollar off coupons. Plus they have Kohl's cash, which if you remember to use, is amazing! Their return policy is also phenomenal. If I'm not mistaken, you can return anything at anytime for any reason. It's so frustrating and other stores when you have an issues just past the return date or you don't have the receipt. You didn't do anything wrong, but you're stuck with the crappy product. Nicole's prevents all of that. Their customer service is great their prices are great and their selection is great I would say if you're going to go shopping for clothes or appliances, and you like the idea of being able to. Like as much as possible...

  I just had hip replacement and I'm on a walker. It was do nice to see they had a wheel chair available. And the so we could get the rack were not so close so we could get through easily. ..

  I personally do not shop at Kohl's as much as I would like because to me they are a bit pricey. However joke was on me when I realized how many coupons they always offer that you can combine and use together! Most places don't allow that anymore so when my cousin and I were there and the lady allowed her to use multiple coupons and Kohl's cash I was impressed. Definitely made me rethink about shopping there.

  Like any other department store good pricing lots of inventory. Very easy to navigate. Only downside is customer service. It's really hit and miss here. Last few times I've been here the jewelry counter associates have Been rude. One time I waited 25 minutes to get help not like they were helping other customers they were talking amount themselves I even asked if someone could get me a watch and I was completely ignored. Another time they had 3 associates working the counter two helping other customers one was complaining about work I stood there waiting to be helped with my friend. Overall no place is perfect.

  I love Kohl's, they have certain items I can't find anywhere else plus things that I'm not even looking for on such a good sale I have to get them to save money lol. They carry Simply Vera Wang plush bath towels that are the best ever. They don't travel in the wash and they last forever stay soft and plush. They're worth every penny and Kohl's usually has them on sale for 30 to 40% off.
