  I ordered a cake for my girls 7th birthday party. I called two days prior to change my pick up time and they ladies in the bakery didn’t understand what I was saying. That was my first issue. So I go in to pick up my cake, the lady in the bakery ignored me for 10m. It would be different if I was browsing but I was waiting I had tried to signal her Incase she didn’t realize I was waiting. She looked at me continues what she was doing. She finally asks me “what do you want?” I told her I had a cake in order and needed to pick it up. She brought it out. The writing isn’t centered the dye in some of the icing is bleeding and the icing is cracked all the way across it. I had asked for an estimated price when I ordered the cake 1/2 sheet monster high cake they told me it would be 25$ I figured okay that’s fine. The price was 12$ more. I didn’t have time to argue with the lady over the mistakes at all I was already behind. I always order my cakes from Walmart and this wasn’t the greatest experience I’ve had. This is the worst. I will make the extra distance and order from another Walmart next time
