  Brittany was my waitress today. In all my years of dining out, I have never seen such an amazing display of outstanding customer service. She was very attentive, courteous, team-oriented, and interactive and social with customers (even remembering regulars' names). Even while being short-staffed, she always maintained a great smile and a positive attitude, never appearing to be overwhelmed or stressed. I been dining out over 20++ years (not trying to tell my age), and never have I experienced such a great customer service experience. I hope Village Inn realizes what a great asset she is to their franchise. She deserves a Mega Bonus...totally awesome!!! I would recommend anyone visit, if Brittany is working!!! Thank you Brittany for an awesome dining experience!

  Terrible experience today. My first reuben sandwich had a hair in it. When I realized after the second bite, the waitress was in the kitchen for over 10 minutes. When she came out she went to replace my sandwhich. All the while, my wife did not get a refill on her first drink until she had to ask 20+ minutes into the meal. When I went to pay, the manager asked everyone else how there meal was, except for me. She was so disinterested that she made me rip my receipt off the printer. I recommend the village in on power and ray Rd 100 times over this one.

  Sooo good! They have amazing food for a great price. And their pies are to die for. I got the banana cream pie and it was the best thing I've ever tasted!

  Clean entrance, quickly seated, the server was pleasant, food came right away, was hot and very good. Will be back to this Village Inn again. Plus there is a Wal-Mart in the same lot. Can pickup groceries with a full stomach. HA

  Hostess really struggled with the dual role of seating people while occasionally taking cash payments for meals. We stood around looking at empty tables for tens of minutes while she impersonated slow motion video. Our waitress was Britney - she so nice. Tragedy they have her working here instead of somewhere with decent tips... such is life I suppose. Food came out cold, and mediocre, like my last ice skating performance at the special olympics. My son’s soda had more hair than my left leg, but the ever stalwart Brittany caught it before he could catch Hep B. I’m nostalgically reminded why I never eat here when suddenly I hear Wednesday’s they offer free pie.
