  We have had so many bad experiences here. Consistently rude service, bad pharmacy hours, very customer-unfriendly policies. (Most recently, they tried not to let me refund the value of an item to the card my sick wife had charged it from, without bringing the card in physically. Huh? If it wasn't really my card, why would I be returning money to it? And they wouldn't even let her read them the number off over the phone? Ridiculous policy, designed solely to discourage customers from returning items.)

  Excellent pharmacy and the kind of goods you expect in a modern pharmacy--greeting cards, candy, toiletries. Not as funky and surprising as the one on Harrodsburg Road.

  I had to go into the Nicholasville Road pharmacy for a passport photo. Nick was working that day and he was incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond for customer service! Good job y'all. Keep up the good work, and others, you should go to this Walgreens more often. It's worth fighting the Nicholasville Traffic (PS. the Halloween candy selection is great!)

  I moved here September 2015 from out of state. I had to transfer more than 10 prescriptions and switch at least four doctors. This Walgreens has always provided me with excellent and prompt service. They call my doctors when I need refills to be prescribed and always let me know via text when to pick up. I am very happy with their service.
