  I've found that the wait time for prescriptions that are ready for pick up has been consistently longer than other pharmacies in Lexington.

  The overall store is well and fine, but the pharmacy at this location is terrible. It is always slow! It takes forever to talk to someone if you call. It takes forever to pick up your prescription, whether through the drive-thru or in the store. The people who answer the phones in the pharmacy department are very unhelpful. A total contrast to the CVS on East New Circle. That one is in a rougher neighborhood and has AMAZING customer service and is alway super quick!

  Always refilling medications that I no longer take. Have told them several times and they still call or text asking Y or N to refill the medicine that I told them I no longer take. The staff aren't friendly. They take their time on helping you. One pharmacist told me to go to Walgreens because she didn't have my medicine filled. She said she was out of the medicine. All she had to do was order the medicine or call other cvs stores to see if they had it. After she told me that, she left with an older gentleman for lunch. Terrible place.

  I have never had a good experience at this CVS location's pharmacy. I only have one prescription to fill, once a month, and it is always a hassle. Just this morning, I went to pick up a prescription that I was told would be ready YESTERDAY evening at 6pm. I arrived at 10:45am to pick it up, and it was not ready. One of the pharmacy techs told me it would be ready before my 12:00pm class, and to sit and wait. I sat for over 45 minutes, and when I asked if it would be ready soon, the Pharmasist was horribly rude and told me if I needed it so soon I would just need to leave and come back later. Keep in mind, the whole time I was waiting, the staff at the pharmacy was gossiping about how other locations were head hunting and snatching their techs to move to a different location. They were even discussing a specific tech and talking badly about her. They apparently had plenty of time to do this, but did not have time to count 60 pills out for me. Needless to say, I will no longer be using this CVS location, even for grocery or drug store needs. It's sad that their Pharmacy will make their whole store lose business.

  Drive through line takes forever no matter if you're the only car there. Every time I've filled a prescription, it's never on time and I've had to make several trips back after waiting for the pharmacist to "review it" even though they promised me this time. Do not recommend using this pharmacy.
