  poor customer service. customer assistant was so rude. no wearing her name tag and we asked her name , she showed us attitude. Not happy with the service at all.

  The pharmacist lied or is ignorant of N.Y. State law, concerning refills. When I corrected him of his "error" he then admitted his first statement could be slightly corrected, yet he stated that I was wrong about N.Y. State law. (the internet can be a good thing, I recently read the law) When I told him what the law states, he then almost agreed in a roundabout way. After almost admitting he was wrong, he then stated that he did not want to argue. So I pointed out to him that we were not arguing, rather that I was trying to clarify this situation, in this manner I could make one trip to wonderful Walgreens each month, not several. Also, I now could stop calling my doctor each month, thinking for months that my doctor kept forgetting to call in my medication. Walgreens is a horrible corporation of money pigs, they refuse to hire enough people in the pharmacy department, perhaps the stress is slowly destroying their workers.
