  Only one woman in the front, slow and rude. Doesn't put in any sale unless you point it out to her then treats you like an idiot. Clearly doesn't want to be there. They need to train employees better and have more than one working at a time. Ridiculous.

  Fast great service at their pharmacy window. Came right away when I rang the buzzer and had the prescription I need ready right away. I have never had an issue in this store and it is a standard Rite Aid.

  It is Christmas Eve 12:15pm and I am new to this pharmacy; previously a Tops customer. Was at the store yesterday shortly after 5pm to pick up meds. Pharmacy closed. Asked cashier, what time is the pharmacy open tomorrow? She was not sure and said "3pm. I think they are on holiday hours." So I call. "Hello. Pharmacy. How can I help you?" What time are you open till? "SHEEZZEE, 5!" Thank you. "YEAH, YOU'RE WELCOME." click. Sorry to bother you. Last refill with this store.

  I stopped in to pick up a few things, and one of the employees at the pharmacy caught my attention from the way she was addressing a customer. She called the customers name, displayed the item (the item was a personal product.), and stated out loud her insurance provider does not cover the item. She did this with no regard to privacy, and to me it seemed as if the intent was to belittle the customer . The customer left the store embarrassed with her head down. The incident bothered me enough for me to decide to call and make a complaint. When I got hold of the manager, I explained what had happened. The manager stated she had an idea which incident I was talking about, and told me she would correct her employees, but the voice sounded familiar. I called the store back and asked for the managers name, so I could google the name. Low and behold, the manager was the same person belittling the customer. The managers name is Leanne for those who are wondering.
