  Stayed here with my husband and two kids. The hotel is right across the street from where the Mavs play and close to the Perot Museum and restaurants. Very attentive staff but the double room we booked was oddly configured with an open bathroom that had no counter space. The beds were comfortable but the hallways were a little loud. Not sure if I would stay here again.

  Rating is more for what you get for the money. The people we dealt with at the Hotel were very friendly and accommodating. The room was not that special for what it cost to stay here, location I guess is the main reason. Wife and I stayed for anniversary and to go to a concert. They all were very sweet to our dogs. Why I am only giving 3 stars. The booking process was a disaster, NO-ONE over the phone KNEW anything, pet fees was confused to the point we tried to cancel our stay. Wouldn't refund our money even though was within 15 minutes of booking our stay!!! We eventually did get clarification and pet fees etc and stayed in order to not lose the nearly $600 two nights was for us. The rooms our not very private. First night we got to listen to the PARTY next door to us most of the night. Basically sounds like you're staying in a very old hotel with poor insulation. I've stayed in better La Quinta Inn and Best Western for WAY less money. The air conditioner didn't stay on all night which made it very hot and not comfortable. The bed wasn't bad. The shower was great. Concierge was very friendly, I'm not one for being waited on so that service is lost on me :).

  This hotel is amazing. It is right in the center of everything and right across the street from the American Airlines Arena. The restaurant in this hotel is good. The food is quite expensive and they will not split the check. They also only take cash. The suites are amazing. We were able to comfortably have 20 people in one suite and the balcony gave a great view of the American Airlines Arena.

  If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... This hotel is very nice on the inside and outside. I was here for a conference and the meeting room was meticulous. There was a beverage bar and continental breakfast available. On the table, each person had a glass of strawberry infused water, note pad, and pen. It space had an bathroom near by along with several lounge areas.
