  Nice place for a variety of Asian cold and hot tea drinks and they even serve hot snacks here. Not overly expensive. Small place though so don't expect good seating for a big group of people. Theres only enough sesting for maybe 10 people max. No overweight people the place is extremely small and cannot accommodate big people

  Your typical bubble tea place. This place is fairly new to the area but there are better stores in the surrounding. Compared to KFT and YaYas, this place has less amount of seats, pricing-wise is relatively the same for bubble black tea. However, this place doesn't have many options of food to choose from. They have the fried popcorn chicken and another popular item.
