  Excellent Peach Oolong iced tea! They also have a delicious Winter Melon bubble tea which is hard to find elsewhere. Cute, clean, fun atmosphere and a reward punch card! Great addition to the neighborhood!

  Yummy bubbles, yummy waffles with ice cream! Great place to hang out and snack. Such a cute little place packing yummy treats. :) I want to try something new every time but have my faves.

  Recently opened. $6.50 for either one of their ice cream desserts w/ unlimited toppings is a price that you can't find anywhere else. They also added many other snacks and more ice cream flavors.

  Very cute and clean shop. They have about 4-5 tables. In addition to boba tea, they have salty and sweet snacks, especially egg waffles and a cheese milk tea I want to try next time I visit. They make ice cream at the front counter while you watch.
