  I.like this location. Very well kept. I'm giving 3 stars because I love that the store stays stocked. However, I was not greeted. I was not offered ANY help whatsoever even though associates walked right past me and my daughter several times.

  I have been to this location on numerous occasions where the employees have been helpful, kind and attentive. Where the employees are presentable and have gone out of their way to help. I just left there because the store looks like it’s in shambles. They have this makeshift check out area in the front of the store nowhere near where the actual check out area is. I couldn’t tell who was the customers and who was an employee. When an employee did address me she looked like she had just finished a marathon. Then she stated to me that I needed to go out front to check out I walked up to where I was not familiar with a register. There was a line of four people all waiting to check out from this random employee in the front of the shop with a phone card swiper? First of all if I’m checking out without a register at least give someone else the authority to check out bc I don’t want to wait in line for 20 minutes. I don’t go to Victoria secret to just buy lingerie I could go to Kohl’s or target for that. I go to get service and a nice clean environment if I wanted a dirty mess with employees who didn’t care I could go to a big box store. What is going on with this location?

  All of the dressing rooms are so cozy. They have it all planned out to make sure that you feel at home. I like the idea everyone is on a headset so questions are answered quickly. The sales staff are very helpful. They are VERY busy though and the lines going to the register are long. Every Victoria Secret is about the same except this one seemed to have more of a selection.
