  The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is the place was clean. Other than that, the employees were rude, and didn't do their job. Typically when you enter a Bath and Body Works, someone approaches you and asks if you need help finding anything. I don't usually mind on the occasion that this does not happen, and it did not today. So I walked into the store, smelled some scents with my mom, and then noticed that the employees were all in a circle talking in the middle of the store. I payed no mind to this, either. What made me write this negative review was this: my mom said something funny, so I laughed. Then one of the employees was like "WOW LOUD" and the rest in the group realized I could hear, then just stared at me with wide eyes. I quickly said "sorry" and left. None of them were working the registers either. I'm really disappointed in how they treated me.

  Great selection of products with good service and knowledgeable clerks.

  Friendly staff, tons of good products. They almost always have candle lit outside that seem to draw me into the store every time.
