  Dave was very quick to meet me as I entered the store. Which is a good thing also Very knowledgeable. Solved all my billing issues as I wanted to change data plan! I’m a happy camper!!

  Employee Dave is fabulous! He is very knowledgable about the phone options, and helped my husband and me to analyze our data and minutes usage, to figure out the best plan for our family. He patiently answered our teen son's questions about different phones, and finding the best one to fit my son's minimum-wage job budget, without being condescending like a lot of adults are to teens. Dave is a gem and I'm so grateful that he was available to work with us!

  My husband and I worked with Dave to add a couple lines to a family plan from another service. Being in another state, we had to do everything remotely. Dave did a fantastic job working with us to make the transfer from our other service fast and easy. We were able to communicate with him not just by phone, but through texting as well. It was very reassuring that he could send us photos of our receipts and packages with tracking numbers since we were not there in-store. I didn’t know phone representatives could work this way, and if not all of them do, that should say a lot more about how Dave goes above and beyond his job description! Thanks Dave for making our transition to Verizon so smooth. We are very happy with your service!

  My fiancé and I went in to get our first phone plan as a couple. Dave helped us from beginning to end and his customer service was incredible. He answered every question multiple times if need be and never got frustrated. He wrote out fees in simple ways so that we fully understood what we were paying for. He asked questions to get to know us personally and when we left we felt we had made a new friend! We will return whenever we need to make updates to our plan or ask questions. Excellent service!
