  Don’t go to this store. Was incredibly displeased with experience. Manager was not only very rude and short with me but virtually unwilling to help resolve my problem. Wouldn’t go to this again if they paid me. F-

  I went to the store at the direction of the phone people. I was one VERY ticked 10+ year customer, that was misled with an upgrade phone. I'll give props to Rodney on the phone side for sensing how mad I was, and he gave me a plan to carry out at this store. This is where I met Ron, who LISTENED, then took ownership even though it wasn't the stores issue. He fixed everything, transferred everything, double checked the dotted i's and t's! Even saved me some $, and I was in and out in 40 mins! Freakin' OUTSTANDING service, Above and Beyond for sure. He saved an AT&T customer. Thank You Ron.

  AT&T is the worst phone company! I am going through a three day process just to continue my same phone number, but with T-Mobile. I'm not sure if their upset with losing a great customer due to their horrible low graded customer service or if their always this way! "Shurggs Shoulders" any who beware SMH ... This number is beyond important that I have it, and what do ya know they can't even do that. Needless to say I will be contacting the office of president Monday Morning and they will FEEL my drift!
