::I have no complaints about the employees. The bank policy of not accepting payments from another institution or credit card was a big problem when I was caught in a snow storm. They would gladly accept my payment when it was overdue the next day. Bad business!

::The people were nice, the bank itself is a double thumbs down for business entities. You know how it is when management obviously doesn't want the bank to grow, the bank never wants to provide you your money, and are always looking for ways to charge you more? In an account that never dips low - they still kept requiring operating agreement after operating agreement trying to find someone to personally hold liable. Loser bank. Let them deal with overdraft fee collections not real business.
