  Vectra bank has one of the most friendly bank environments I have ever experienced. Their care goes above and beyond for their employees and their customers. Extremely great promotion rates, friendly staff, and much more. I would recommend Vectra Bank for anyone looking for a bank that has huge resources, but a small town feel.

  I have no complaints about the employees. The bank policy of not accepting payments from another institution or credit card was a big problem when I was caught in a snow storm. They would gladly accept my payment when it was overdue the next day. Bad business!

  The people were nice, the bank itself is a double thumbs down for business entities. You know how it is when management obviously doesn't want the bank to grow, the bank never wants to provide you your money, and are always looking for ways to charge you more? In an account that never dips low - they still kept requiring operating agreement after operating agreement trying to find someone to personally hold liable. Loser bank. Let them deal with overdraft fee collections not real business.
