Felt like they were looking for anything and everything to charge us for. Example: they had just taken my kitties temperature and she was cleaning the area. The vet wanted to treat the area because it looked a little red. Well, duh! Of course it was fine 5 minutes later. The whole visit went like that even though only there to get a health certificate for plane ride.

I absolutely adore VCA. I have never had anything other than smiling faces and professional staff. I was in and out in 45 minutes today. Additionally, they're very flexible with getting you in, which as someone with two jobs, I greatly appreciate. Yes, it is expensive. Most vets are expensive. I go there because I know the quality of VCA and am willing to pay for it for my big, dumb black lab.

Really happy after my first visit there. Absolutely loved my Vet and truly felt she wanted the best for my pup and was very honest about what I did/didn't need.

Friendly and helpful staff. Iโ€™ve worked with Dr Larson and Dr Martinez. Theyโ€™re both knowledgeable and thorough. I brought my dog in for a second opinion on her possible IBS and/or food allergy and I must admit they were more thorough than my original vet. Definitely more expensive here. The cost difference was over $100 comparing the visit, the fecal test for parasites, the meds and the specialty food. Iโ€™m sticking with VCA for now.

I recently took my 9 month old cat Jax to VCA due to complications from having him neutered and I cant express how much they helped me with my situation. They didn't look down on the fact that I didn't have all the money to pay for the full amount that the visit cost. They went over multiple plans, actions and facilities I could do, afford and take him to in the meantime while I came up with the money this Friday. I've been to two different vet offices in the past weekend and this is the one I'm going to stick with. The ladies at the desk were absolutely the best and made me feel really comfortable with what was going on.
