  I have been a devoted pet mom for the past 2 years. From the moment of adoption, my cat, Pepper, has been a patient at this hospital and I have not once had a bad experience. Dr. Nancy Wilber has taken care of my sweet four-legged baby in the most kind-hearted and professional way. From day one this has been my go-to hospital and wouldn't change it for the world! Thank you so much for all you do for us!

  The one thing I absolutely loved was the rooms have glass doors which allowed my dog to see who was entering before they came in. It seems insignificant but made her visit so much easier than previous visits at different locations. Dr. Rivera is the absolute best!

  We have nothing but sincere gratitude for the entire staff, especially Drs Nancy and Saldana. Last week we had to put our dog of 14 years to sleep. The generosity of their time, their affection, guidance, comprehension and extreme care made this process less painful. When the time came they were at their best. From making time for us even though they had a full book, to having the room ready for us even though we got there ahead of time, I felt extremely comfortable going through this process with them. Our beloved dog left us heartbroken and we miss his absence, but their compassion and words of encouragement were critically useful.

  We have been bringing our dogs here for two years and only have wonderful things to say about the vets and staff. They have always been professional, helpful, and above all caring. Several years ago I adopted a senior dog with multiple health issues and my husband and I tried our best to get him healthy and happy again after so many years of medical neglect. Unfortunately there was only so much we could do for his heart and he passed away a few months ago. I didn't want to say goodbye to him at a vet but had no choice since he was suffering at the end. Once we brought him in to hospital though everyone there was so thoughtful and accommodating that not only did it calm him down a bit but also helped me come to terms that I was making the right decision. That day was one of the worst days of my life and yet somehow the vets and staff at VCA Brickell helped me get through it. A day later I received a condolence card from their team and everyone wrote a loving note about my Nevada and it brought me to tears. I still can't believe how fortunate we were to find the right vet and to have them be there for us when we needed them most. I recommend this vet to any animal lover who is looking for a medical team that cares with all their hearts for our furry friends.

  Simply amazing and caring staff! Not only did they take care of my dogs with love and kindness, they helped be with our rescue dog Coco which was in bad shape. I always get a personal call from the Doctor after every visit to make sure all is well. I'm so happy I found VCA for my babies! Thank you for all you do!
