  The Doctor and your team always give an excellent service. The careful to the pets and the help with papers procedure for reclamations at pet insurance is very positive. Is better if you can take an appointment.

  They are always very attentive to my dog and are understanding of the amount of questions I ask as well as my level of nervousness. My dog got very sick last week and I had to leave her there for the day to be hooked up to an IV. When I called to check up on her, the doctor himself gave me an update on how she was doing and calmed my concerns. She is better now thankfully and I will continue to bring her in for her annual visit. While pricier than my previous vet, the pricing matches up with the area.

  This is definitely the best vet center we’ve been to. We needed an exam and certificate in order to take our dog out of the country, we didn’t have much time and all the vets were charging us crazy amounts for this process. Luckily we’ve found Helpet and the greatest and most professional Dr. in the area Dr. Martin Rivas. He helped us immediately, the appointment was for the same day, we didn’t wait even 5 minutes (you know how usually takes at least 1 hour to be attended in any vet place), the place was very clean, the check in was really fast (even it was our first time there) the staff was super friendly to us and specially to my little dog, Dr Rivas answered all our questions, he did a complete examination of our dog and knew all the requirements the USDA needed for our trip, and in less than 30 minutes we were with the certificate in our hands at a great value and had no problem taking it to the USDA for the endorsement. We are very glad that places like this exist in Miami, places that really love animals and do their job with passion. We are definitely not coming back to Banfield or any of those un sense places out there.

  Recently we decided to look for a new Vet in Miami because we were not happy with Banfield so we chose Helpet based on reviews. This clinic is awesome and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vet. Dr. Rivas was very nice, explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions without making me feel like I was taking too much of his time. The front desk staff were very helpful and professional.

  I gladly give 5 stars to this amazing clinic and the vet. The clinic is always super clean, staff is extremely helpful and the vet is simply awesome. I found a malnourished little 4 weeks old cat and I took him first to another clinic where my other pets were members, and the other clinic refused to ever take a look at him because ALL of the vets were busy for weeks, they never called me back even for an appointment. The vet of this clinic immediately tested the little one for Leukemia, FIV, etc, and since then we are visiting him regularly. No other vet is going to treat my little one ever. I highly recommend it. No waiting time, parking available. If you are looking for a caring and professional vet, this is your place.
