  This Co.is awesome. I still can't believe the service I received from them. I wish all companies operated like this. Jason came to give me an estimate and was so nice and honest. I had already had a few estimates so had an idea of the price. Most companies couldn't do the work 4 weeks. He said he could do the next day. That was hard to believe, I thought 4 sure they would call in am and say they weren't coming. When I received call in am, I said oh boy, bet they aren't coming, but no, they were calling to tell me who was coming and what time. The 2 men that came were great and so knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and even liked our dogs. They finished the work by end of day and made sure everything worked. Look no further, this company is the one 4 everyone, I did the research. So happy I found them!!

  Varsity has been taking care of our heating/plumbing needs for over 20 years. Every time service Needs to be done, it is so easy with Varsity. The receptionists are very nice and take the extra time to Help with “your” schedule. The representatives that are sent to do the work, are always professional and knowledgeable . Our plumber this last visit was David Bruemmer. Dave did a wonderful job, and even pointed out Other ways he could help with our water needs. He too was very professional, and kept my floors Nice and shinny with his shoe booties😊

  I have had a contract with Varsity for the past 5 years. They have helped me with several emergencies and were quick to come and solve every single issue. They were very professional and no matter what, or when I had a problem, they made me feel like I was their top priority. They are very reasonable on pricing and everyone was super polite. They made absolutely sure I was satisfied with the final result. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

  Varsity is a top notch company. They have not only helped me with plumbing issues but with my A/C as well. The office staff is always very helpful and friendly and the technicians are professional and neat. One of the most important things they display is honesty. They do not try to sell you anything you don't need. I highly recommend Varsity and will not use anyone else.

  My experience with this company was great. Not sure what other reviewers here we're expecting, but there are certain areas where you can't simply shop cost. Professionalism and knowledge go a long way in this business and that's really what I found to be the case here. I was having progressive trouble with my water heater and called Varsity for a quote to repair. Not only was I provided with a repair option, they detailed other factors that needed to be considered when essentially putting a band aid on the problem. Instead they laid out all options, fair pricing and a significant amount of detail that we used to make an educated decision. We ultimately went new, and work, while not the cheapest, was incredibly professional, efficient and clean. I now know exactly what I have, and feel like if I experience any future issues Varsity will be by my side to assist...not sell. I like that.
