  Worst company I have ever dealt with. All staff is inconsiderate, unprofessional and rude. Also way overpriced. They caused my home to have a frozen pipe due to inexperienced technician. This cost me $1600 for another company to repair. I have been s homeowner for 30+ years. Tech sent to my house cursed at my daughter and then cut a pipe and left. When I called the office, the staff there was rude. I was never helped. NOT that I wanted to renew my contract but I was told that they couldn't due to a lack of pairs. So apparently, they can't get pairs for repair. I highly advise AGAINST using them.

  The service is unbelievable. They were so clean on time friendly and trustworthy. I was able to run my errands with this reliable staff. Beyond pleased would highly recommend them to anybody.

  RIP OFF - They quoted $465.00 plus tax for a gas valve. You can buy it online or in a supply store for $50.00 plus tax. The first employee came by and charged us $276.00 for a repair that didn't fix anything. He then said he needed a supervisor to come take a look. The "Supervisor" came and in conversation he stated that he's a supervisor when the other guys can fix the problem, the other times he's "a regular piece of SH**". He was able to diagnose the concern though. I guess he was a supervisor that day. When does marking up the part 10 times what it can be bought for become accepted business.

  7 years ago Burner King converted my oil fired boiler to gas. Initial installation was a nightmare in that for about 6 months I received very high heating bills. Took them that approximate 6 months to correct the issue. Throughout the correction activity their technician was very rude, but whatever. Note that a few years later I'm told he was fired. Now, I receive a letter stating Burner King no longer will service the burner they installed because the time to obtain parts is too lengthy. When I asked what to do about this I'm told to go elsewhere for service. Terrible response for parts they initially recommended. When I asked to speak to the owner, Brian, I was told he's unavailable since he's out on service calls and does not return phone calls. I then said I'll sit at their front door awaiting his return and was told he's out of the country. Out of the country during January's heating season??? - not much for his concern about addressing no-heat issues in January. I gave one star because there is no other way for site to accept the post - so zero stars please

  I used Burner King to install and service the heating units in both my home and automobile repair shop Complete Auto Repair . I was met with very professional and knowledgeable estimators and technicians who were a pleasure to work with. The work performed was done as scheduled as explained and with no inconvenience or interruption to me at my business or my home which was a great concern of mine. I would highly recommend Burner King to anyone looking for the services they provide. Great job guys
