  A good place to stay. But the management is terrible and fraud as well. We wanted to sublease our place, but they did not let us sublease. The resident manager at that time, Josh, started putting arbitrary constraints like since you are subleasing you would have to move out after August 20, even though the lease was till August 25/28 (not sure now). Later he said that he want us moved out by August 15 because we are living for 2 years and repair would need more time. We were finally unable to sublease the place to anybody because he would not reply to his emails for days and whenever I would send a reminder he would write a half page email citing my rudeness for being urgent. Finally, all of us left for India and surrendered the keys to him around 2 months before the lease was ending. And he said he will take care of the rest. When the lease ended, we had to pay $37 and $32 for electricity bill for 2 months. Now I wonder if anyone was living behind our back once we left (I think that the bill should be constant if no one was living). Last but not the least, we cleaned the house and the pictures of the house as we left are attached with this review. We have not yet received any refund for the security money and it is November already.

  The good thing about it is that it's close to campus. The roof of the studio I rented leaked water and sometimes there are big colorful stains in the roof, I called the maintenance twice to fix this problem but they kept promising me to fix it and they never did.
