  Impeccable Staff. Service was Top Notch. Easily the BEST Hotel In Minneapolis. Couldn't of been more accommodating. I will refer my vast network of Colleagues, Friends and Family.

  An incredibly mediocre hotel. The smoke free room smelled of smoke. The obnoxiously loud AC ran most of the night and still never managed to cool the room. On the bright side, staff was cheerful, bed was very comfortable, and blackout blinds were truly blackout dark.

  This place totally ripped me off. I paid cash for their exorbitant prices to park in the adjacent parking lot then upon check out I noticed that they also charged my room for the parking. When I brought it to their attention they tried to tell me that I hadn't paid the cash for the parking. I showed them my receipt and that seemed to completely dumbfound them. They just kept repeating that I didn't pay cash for the parking. They offered no solution even when I was shoving the receipt in their face. Even the manager stood there like an idiot. The only solution was to pay AGAIN for the parking, we're talking over $40+. Then they didn't return the deposit to my credit card for 2 weeks. I travel a lot and stay in hotels very often and even though the room was nice and the ambiance of the hotel property was nice, the hotel staff completely rruined any chance that I will stay there again or any Marriott for that matter.

  We always stay at Marriott Hotels and this was the most disappointing Marriott location ever. They are not a full service hotel as you expect them to be, there is a small restaurant at the lobby with limited menu. They do not have a room service, so you have to go downstairs and pickup your order and expect to carry a pitcher of water upstairs to your room. The hostess at the front desk is very dismissive. The only positive note that I can say about this hotel is their housekeeping staff are very helpful. Other than that, I will never stay at this Marriott location again.

  Right off the west Bank green line, this hotel is a big, modern high rise courtyard. I've always been treated well here. Wifi stable. Parking available for cost (or do light rail from airport on blue line to us bank stadium then cross over to green line towards st Paul one stop to west Bank). Easy.
