  Best salon in NYC hands down (and I’ve tried out many). Yann cuts my hair to perfection. I was new to coloring my hair and Tia has made the process an easy and natural transition. Aurora styled my hair recently for a black tie event and it was just stunning - modern, sleek and unique. I received endless compliments. I look forward to my appointments and I am so grateful!

  I have been a client for over 15 years and this is Parisian hair style at its best. The place is just classy and the hair treatment and hair cut is top NYC style. You can leave the salon to go to business meetings, TV interviews and social gathering and dates dinners certain that your look your best. Just one of the treats of living in NYC!

  I had an amazing full-head balayage done by Karin! She was super friendly and considerate of my needs. The color came out exactly how I wanted and I was more than pleased with the results. I can't even tell you how many compliments I've received on my fresh color. Highly recommend!

  Every time I walk into the Varin Salon I feel happy. One is always greeted warmly. The salon is decorated in a simple, but elegant and comfortable way. The staff is extremely talented. Their blow dries and color and makeup are always lovely. When it comes to haircuts, I am convinced that nobody is as good as the Parisian-trained Yann Varin himself. This is my very favorite salon. I highly recommend it.
