  I went with my mother and grandmother today to get our hair done for my bridal shower. I frequent this salon every weekend. Not only did they take me thirty minutes late for my appointment, but they did NOT do my mom’s hair the way she asked (she went home and washed it), AND they had the nerve to charge me more than they usually do. Since when do you charge whatever you want? I am a weekly customer...I know how much it costs! This was completely unacceptable! I will be in to speak to someone in charge on Monday and I will NEVER step foot in this salon again. There are plenty of other salons in the area. Choose another one.

  Use the worst of shampoos and then overcharge. Hair was smelling loudly of a cheap shampoo with a $35 hair wash, just a wash drying excluded !

  They are a full-service salon and do great work with women's and men's hair. I have been a client there for 10+ years. Jacob is my stylist, and he's very talented, precise and fast. While I'm having my hair cut I often watch all the other stylists work on their clients. Everyone walks out of Jean Paul Hair Salon looking terrific!

  This is a family owned hair salon that delivers amazing and professional hair services and products at reasonable prices. Jacob, the owner, and his wife, Polina, are lovely people who care about and establish deep relationships with their customers. You won't find a better salon in the City for its price range.
