  My car was damaged here. They left it running while doing the oil change. Then they tried to say it was probably my hybrid battery going bad. The area manager, Jeff, has no sense of urgency to correct this problem and has not bothered to call and follow-up. I had to pay for a tow truck and pay the dealership to get it back after repairs. Not to mention my lost day of work, my time and the stress this has caused. Unprofessional. If you mess up, admit it and do everything you can to fix it quickly! This is why people file lawsuits. Companies refuse to correct their wrongs until they are forced. Don’t take your car here. Go in with a running car come out with a huge bill!

  The service was very fast and there was no wait time, but they did not do the multipoint inspection to check signals and headlights and whatnot. 42$ for an oil change is a lot. Even if it does only take 15 mins.

  The guys are helpful enough. I feel comfortable bringing my car here. Prices seem high for the area. No issues after using this location for about 3 yrs now. I generally go during non-peak hours for faster device. Tip: Visit their website for $10 off coupon.
