  Always busy here come prepared to wait. Meter parking. Staff don’t really care to speed service since they work for the government.

  I get told to report every change in my son’s status and I do..then an error made on their behalf comes back on my son who is disabled. Even though I kept them up to date on everything the ones who only half listen and screw up do not get held accountable.. I am so frustrated how so many people nowadays screw up and makes a mistake that affect someone else’s lives and just “oopsy” it.. no way to find out who made the mistake and make that person fix it..my advice to anyone.. no matter what get persons name and note everything .. no matter how much confidence that person emits things can go horribly wrong!!

  No help at all they made a mistake and I sent proof to clear up and now since they owe money can't get anyone In the office !!!!!!! On the damn home and I don't live close to the office it's been over a month and still nothing is processed all I get in the don't call center it is ridiculous

  Just completed inquiry on my daughters benefits forthcoming- the representative on phone was at first courteous. However when i needed to ask just ONE question she became abrupt and rude. It was such a poor representation coming from social security Coming from a medical background i found that there is a real deficit in how public relations are handled. Very very disappointing.
