  I've never had such an disgusting experience in my life. You would think a waiter or someone at a retail store would disrespect or ruin your day before a person working at a DMV office. I walked inside to all the seats taken up and a line almost outside the door. Okay I understand that it was packed but had hope in the employees. After 2 hrs in a half of waiting I finally get to the window only to be treated less than human. She didn't greet me at all just looked at me as if she hated me, she wouldn't accept my paper work because I wrote the wrong date on the paper. I got the year and month right just off a few days. Than to add fire to the wound she told me to "move out the way people are waiting". I'm surprised this place isn't shut down, I will never go to this DMV ever in my ENTIREEE L-I-F-E- !!!!!

  Monday, 4-16-18: Terrible experience. Poorly managed. Extremely understaffed. 2 hours and 15 minutes to get an I.D. card is unacceptable. Not one "please" or "thank you" from their staff while conducting business. Tisk, tisk. Manager needs to work on his manager and employee skills to say the least.

  One of the worst things I have to deal with in a long time. The so called security guy that has been there forever let's people cut other people because he was some kind of doctor which I guess makes his time more important than mine. Than I finally got to window after 2 1/2 hours than girl didn't know how to do her job which may not be her falt maybe wasn't trained properly but had to stay at window for another 30 mins so hopefully someone important reads this and just looks into what goes on there

  Staff is helpful. Security guard is great guy and will assist you. One of the more efficient DMV's I've been to.
