  Been here several times and it's one of my favorite post offices. There are normally two women who work here and they always have smiles on their faces and work efficiently. When I say there is never a line there is practically never a line. The longest I have seen was three people. My items are scanned that day.

  Dropped off packages at 8:30 a.m its now 10 p.m and the packages have not been scanned. Thanks to this post office the status of my handling time will be less than 100% . Thanks windcrest

  The posted hours are 8a-4p, I walked in at 8:05 and the window was still closed. A few minutes later an elderly man wearing a suit came out of the door across and asked if I needed help, I said yes I need to send an urgent, certified letter, and he said okay let me see where "they" (meaning the worker I assume) are at. I said okay thanks, a few minutes later he comes back and says I don't where they are... I just stared at him blankly and said okay well this is urgent and the sign says y'all open at 8am so.... he said okay go to the front office and ask for Dusty. So I did, I walked around the corner to the Windcrest front office window and asked for Dusty, he said what do you need, and I said I need to send an urgent, certified letter. And his response was, "I can't help you" he said he didn't know where "they" were. So that was embarrassing, I walked back to the post office window, by now it's past 8:30, then the man in the suit asked me what Dusty said, so I told him and he responded, "oh" with a blank stare and walked away. So I sat down and waited, mind you I have my 2 toddlers with me, this was supposed to be a quick trip, in and out, and here we are over 30 minutes later, lost. So the man in the suit is just walking around, finally I asked him if anyone was coming to help me, he shrugged his shoulders and said I don't know? So I left. This was the worst experience of customer service I've ever had.

  Okay first of all the worker their is great. Gives really good customer service always friendly and very efficient. My only problem is with the post office supervisor. David is rude and very unprofessional. I was mailing an international package back when they still did it. He asked to see what was in my package after I died for a custom form and made me feel unwelcomed. I tried comparing but the worker in the front said he was at lunch. He took two hours. Seriously? Would give 5 stars for the girl. 0 for him.
