I actually like the place. It's just has long lines depending on what time of day it is. But it's still convient, with a nice setting in one of the safest places in the city.

Terrible customer service!!! When I asked, β€œwhat should I do?” Response, β€œnot my problem.”

No one has answers. The second you question them or point out a flaw, stand back...the unseen short fuse is lit. They...YES THEY (they work in pairs defending the idiocies of ignorance of ones actions)...get upset and make accusations in front of other customers, talk back and belittle you as if it was a child's game or who is right or wrong. Her name is MARISSA. Also goes by Rose....I asked her name and i apparently did not hear hear her clearly....I said ROSE....she said YES. I walked over to the counter to make sure....Her name tag said... MARISSA. (RUDE) Epitome of Postal Employee!

I have no problem with the staff here. They do a great job and are helpful and cordial. My problem is with the self-service kiosk. I can rarely make it to the P.O. during business hours, so being able to use the self service kiosk is a life saver.....EXCEPT that 9 times out of 10 when I go there the kiosk is out of order. Sometimes I'll go and there will be an Out of Order sign, but on at least two occasions I've gone through the whole thing, clicking through the screen prompts, and paying for the postage, only to get to the very last step where it is supposed to spit out my postage sticker and the stupid thing is jammed. Last time this happened I had paid $10--totally down the drain. It is near impossible for me to get to the post office during their open hours because of my work schedule. It would be really awesome if they could keep that stinking kiosk in working order. If they can't, they should just remove it all together.
