Worst post office ever. You can never get though the phone lines because it’s always a busy signal. They have pickup and shipping in two different areas and the pickup area is like a small cage where someone talks to you through a door. I’m waiting on an important package for my wedding yet it was supposed to be delivered Tuesday (paid priority shipping) no updates on tracking...i get my regular mail but no package smfh.

SO SAD how bad the usps has gotten in the last couple years. Packages and letters are received crumpled and mangled. All my life I’ve taken for granted always receiving my packages and letters with care and safety. Now its obvious the employees just dont care about giving any tlc or concern for or packages..and it their only job..but its not being done anymore at all. :(

Employees are absolutely useless in this establishment. They couldn't explain which service would satisfy my needs and it lead to my package getting lost abroad. Obviously they didn't take any responsibility for their actions, couldn't put any effort to help me or offer a refund. No wonder USPS are losing money every year. This shipment was very personal for me and my loved ones. You can trust a pigeon more with your package than USPS. Overall, I paid a couple of hundred dollars to get myself into this hassle of losing everything.

Came to pick up the package they "couldn't" deliver to my house, I am well within the business hours stated on the pickup slip, and on the front of the building, but the doors are locked and other people are waiting outside to see if anyone's coming to let us pick up our stuff. I can't come on a weekday because I work longer than they are open so I'd like to know what I'm supposed to do now. The best part is knowing that the USPS won't do anything to fix this because they don't understand that things like this are part of the reason they are failing.
