  Convenient, right on bus line (Rt 27). Lots of parking. The times I've been in, there were at least 3 workers at the desk. I was taken care of immediately and with no wait. The worker who recently processed my address change even welcomed me back to Phoenix.

  I don't know why they have a phone # and they don't answer. One hour has passed and still busy. Plus the past times I've been here they don't know anything where my package is after verifying that they did have it.

  Been here a few visits for simple mailings and stamps. If there's been a line, it's moved reasonably quick. Counter staff have always been welcoming and friendly. The large, parking lot it's located at can get a bit crazy during rush hour/near closing time.
