::Abysmal customer service when dealing with their customer service phone number. I did not have my issue resolved in my first three calls, and the third representative told me she could no longer help me because they only allow 2 - 3 minutes for each phone call resolution and HUNG UP after stating I would need to call back for further resolution.

::Closed my account at US Bank today after having it for only 2 weeks. Ill pay the 25$ early cancellation fee. I thought that the perk of having a big bank would be great service and fast easy banking. This was definitely not the case. I wait a long time each time i come there, and the lady at this branch doesn’t smile or act helpful, sorta acts like she wants you out of there ASAP. Went to a different branch today and saw people leave because theyd been waiting so long. Pick a credit union instead. Edit: the lady at the downtown location waved the fee and made the account closing process simple and easy.

::I've been banking with US Bank for 20+ years. I've been really unhappy with their services for several years. Everytime I think it can't get any worse, they rise to the challenge and make things worse, beyond my imagination. I've currently been stuck in their drive thru line for 45 minutes. They have "helped" one person in 45 minutes. Did they layoff their tellers and this place is now staffed with rabid raccoons? I would have left if I could [can't, cars behind me]. But now I can't wait to get to the window and find out why they are incapable of doing their job. I hate this place more than I hate talking to the cable company.

::Used to be fast and easy visit. Now only 1 teller at 4 available windows. It has been like this for last few months. Wish more tellers could be added to the shifts for faster processing times. Be sure to add 15-20 minutes to your visit time for this location. Otherwise smooth easy transactions just longer wait.

::Was treated rudely by teller for the last time. I have to do money orders to pay my rent. I went in many times prior and they helped me to do so. Today the teller stood there annoyed while I filled out my account number and info. I was never told prior to fill out info but today I was lectured like a child to do so. I will never go to this branch ever again. I’m a manager myself and deal in customer service too. I would write up and or fire my employee for treating a customer like I was treated. I’ll drive out of my way to another location from now. Absolutely terrible customer service.
